Following Jesus Together 

At The Harbor Church, we are passionate about Jesus. We love Him. We want to know Him more and make Him known. It is our desire to follow after Jesus as His disciples, while at the same time making more disciples. Our focus is growing to be more like Jesus and going into the world with the good news of His saving power.

 Jesus wants us to grow in our faith and love. As we remain connected to Him, we will grow and bear fruit (John 15:5). This fruit will show up in our character and in our desire to make Jesus known.

 We recognize that to grow into mature disciples and go into a hurting world with the good news requires that we do this together. In fact, Jesus specifically calls us to be together in the process of personal discipleship and disciple-making (Matt. 10:1-8; 29:18-20; John 13:34-35; Acts 2:42-47; Eph. 4:11-16; Heb. 10:24-25; 1 John 3:16-18). A person will not be able to grow in maturity and go effectively into the world without doing it together with other Christians.
