As a church body that believes in Jesus Christ as the leader of our lives, we are committed to four things: to beckon those who are lost and the broken down, to restore those in brokenness and in need, to equip believers for gift-oriented ministry, and to launch those equipped believers into their calling according to their gifts and the leading of Jesus Christ.

Sunday worship service times are at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM.
Children's Ministry is available for infants through grade 5. LiveWire ministries offers small groups for students in grades 6 - 12 during the 2nd service. Doughnuts and coffee typically follow the services with lots of warm, welcoming fellowship. If you come with any needs or concerns to our service, please feel free to take advantage of the prayer that is available to you following the worship service. We consider it a joy and a privilege to pray for you and your needs.
"First Sunday" Healing Service meets the first Sunday each month at 12:30 pm. Join us for worship, communion and healing prayer. |
If you'd like to check out The Harbor Church but don't know how to get here, let us provide you some easy driving directions! The Harbor Church is located ten minutes south of Interstate 494 on Highway 61 in Cottage Grove. From Minneapolis, head on 94 or 494 eastbound to Highway 61 and follow it southbound through Saint Paul Park and Cottage Grove until you come to the River Oaks Golf Course, whom we share an entry way with.

Small Groups (Spring 2009)
God never intended for us to walk out our journey on earth alone. Not only is there power in numbers, but creativity abounds for those who dare to share the path with someone else.
Lives are formed and transformed in small groups when people meet together in Jesus' name. When we meet for a common purpose whether to pray, study the bible, work on a specific task, or engage in fellowship just for the fun of it, God promises us that He is there in the midst of us when we meet in His name. God works through His people, and joining a small group provides excellent opportunity to grow in community with each other. For the Spring Trimester of small groups, we have our foundational opportunities like the Alpha Course, Celebrate Recovery and Purpose Driven Life. One of our new additions is Financial Peace University where we learn scriptural principals on how we are to deal with our money so we can be blessed and more importantly, bless others.
Regardless of your choice, God will be faithful to you and reveal things of His nature that perhaps you have only heard about from others but never experienced yourself. Joining a small group allow you to invest in your own growth as well as participate in the growth of others. You will learn new things from God, and you will learn new things about yourself. It is in Christian community that God shapes us into what He created us to be.
Regardless of which group you choose, Jesus will be there to guide you as you participate in your group. Have a blessed spring while you grow in the things of the Lord!
