The Harbor Church is located ten minutes south of Interstate 494 on Highway 61 in Cottage Grove. From Minneapolis, head on 94 or 494 eastbound to Highway 61 and follow it southbound through Saint Paul Park and Cottage Grove until you come to the River Oaks Golf Course, whom we share an entry way with.
